Hướng dẫn này cung cấp thông tin chi tiết về việc đăng ký, nâng cấp và quản lý các sản phẩm trong hệ sinh thái TLGeo thông qua Geocloud.

Tổng quan sản phẩm TLGeo​

Hệ sinh thái TLGeo bao gồm 3 sản phẩm chính:

Geocollect 📱​

Ứng dụng thu thập dữ liệu thực địa

  • Platform: Mobile (iOS/Android) và Web
  • Mục đích: Survey, field data collection, GPS tracking
  • Tích hợp: Real-time sync với Geocloud

Flight Planner 🚁​

Công cụ lập kế hoạch bay drone

  • Platform: Desktop và Web
  • Mục đích: Mission planning, flight path optimization
  • Tích hợp: Import/export với Geocollect và Geocloud

Geodesktop 💻​

Phần mềm GIS desktop chuyên nghiệp

  • Platform: Windows, macOS, Linux
  • Mục đích: Advanced GIS analysis, map production
  • Tích hợp: Full integration với Geocloud workspace

Đăng ký sản phẩm mới​

Kiểm tra trạng thái hiện tại​

Trong trang chi tiết doanh nghiệp, bạn sẽ thấy trạng thái của cả 3 sản phẩm:

Quy trình đăng ký​

Bước 1: Chọn sản phẩm

  • Click nút "Đăng ký" bên cạnh sản phẩm muốn sử dụng
  • Hệ thống chuyển hướng đến trang support

Bước 2: Tư vấn gói dịch vụ

  • Team support sẽ liên hệ trong 24h
  • Phân tích nhu cầu và recommend gói phù hợp
  • Báo giá chi tiết và hợp đồng

Bước 3: Thanh toán và kích hoạt

  • Ký hợp đồng và thanh toán
  • Kích hoạt tài khoản trong 2-4h làm việc
  • Nhận hướng dẫn setup và training

Trạng thái sản phẩm​

Đang hoạt động (Xanh lá)

  • Sản phẩm hoạt động bình thường
  • Đầy đủ tính năng theo gói đăng ký
  • Sync data real-time

Sắp hết hạn (Cam)

  • Còn ≤ 30 ngày đến hết hạn
  • Cần gia hạn để tránh gián đoạn
  • Thông báo email tự động

Hết hạn (Đỏ)

  • Dịch vụ bị tạm ngưng
  • Dữ liệu vẫn được bảo lưu 90 ngày
  • Cần gia hạn ngay để khôi phục

Chưa đăng ký (Xám)

  • Sản phẩm chưa được kích hoạt
  • Hiển thị nút "Đăng ký"
  • Demo version có thể available

Bị khóa (Đỏ đậm)

  • Vi phạm terms of service
  • Liên hệ support để giải quyết
  • Dữ liệu bị freeze tạm thời
