🏢 Organization-Related Errors
Cannot Create Organization
🚨 Symptoms:
- "Create New" button not working
- Error message "Organization creation failed"
- Form won't submit
🔍 Common Causes:
1. Email Not Verified
❌ "Email not verified. Please check your inbox."
Solution:
- Check email (including spam folder)
- Click verification link in email
- If no email received, click "Resend verification email"
- Wait 5-10 minutes and try again
2. Organization Code Already Exists
❌ "Organization code 'abc_company' is already in use"
Solution:
- Try different codes:
abc_company_2,abc_corp,abc_2024 - Use abbreviations or add year/region
- Check if code is too short (minimum 3 characters)
3. Missing Required Information
❌ "Please fill in all required information"
Solution:
- Check all fields marked with red asterisk (*)
- Ensure organization name has no special characters
- Organization code should only contain letters, numbers, and underscores
Organization Not Appearing After Creation
🚨 Symptoms:
- Organization created successfully but not in list
- Dashboard doesn't show new organization
🔍 Solutions:
Step 1: Refresh Page
1. Press F5 or Ctrl+R (Cmd+R on Mac)
2. Or click Geocloud logo to go to homepage
3. Go back to "Organization" page
Step 2: Clear Cache
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
2. Or open Developer Tools (F12) > Application > Storage > Clear storage
Step 3: Logout and Login Again
1. Click avatar > "Logout"
2. Login again with your account
3. Check organization list
📊 Project-Related Errors
Cannot Create COLLECT Project
🚨 Symptoms:
- Create project button disabled
- Message about project limit reached
🔍 Solutions:
Check Service Plan
Free Plan: Max 3 projects
Basic Plan: Max 10 projects
Professional Plan: Unlimited
Delete Unused Old Projects
1. Go to project list
2. Click "..." > "Delete" on unused projects
3. Confirm deletion (cannot be undone)
Data Upload Failed

- File upload stops midway
- "Upload failed" or "Unsupported format" message

🗺️ Map Display Errors
Map Won't Load
🚨 Symptoms:
- White screen instead of map
- Loading spinner never stops

Check Internet Connection
1. Try accessing other websites
2. Check network speed: fast.com
3. Try changing DNS: 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1
Clear Map Cache
1. F12 > Application > Storage
2. Clear "Map tiles cache"
3. Reload page
Data Not Showing on Map
🚨 Symptoms:
- Upload successful but not visible on map
- Layer list shows data but map is empty

Check Coordinates
